Substantiation Testing on Automotive Impressed Current Protection (ICP) Corrosion Protection System (2019)

Facility:

Testing conducted on the AutoSaver OBD showed it produced a cathodic effect slowing down the natural corrosion process on both galvanized and non-galvanized steel panels in the absence of an electrolytic pathway. Test results were similar to those obtained in the previously cited test.

Facility:

The AutoSaver was able to produce a cathodic effect slowing down the natural corrosion process on both galvanized and non-galvanized steel panels in the absence of an electrolytic pathway. Test measured changes in electrochemical potential of metal at the molecular level. Calculations based on the data from the testing suggest that the AutoSaver reduced the corrosion rate of the protected metal by over 99% in comparison to the control (unprotected) metal.

Salt Fog Tests on Rust-Proofing System (1997)

Facility:

Corrosion testing in compliance with ASTM B117-94 standard showed that metal panels protected with the AutoSaver experienced a slowing of the natural corrosion process by a factor of 6 when compared to identical control panels under the same conditions.
